Good for affiliate links

I tried Sena for managing my affiliate links and it worked pretty well. The dashboard was easy enough to figure out. Set up was quicker than I thought it would be. Happy with the basic features.

Mixed feelings on the service

I got the 14-day free trial for their custom branded affiliate dashboard. The interface looked good and setting up our first few affiliates was okay. I liked the Link Tracking feature, and it seemed to track sales accurately. However, the Affiliate Recruitment Tool was not as robust as I had hoped; finding relevant affiliates was manual work even with it. Delivery of reports was timely, and the Performance Reports were clear. I had an issue with generating automatic coupons initially, and it took a couple of emails to support to get it sorted, but they did eventually help. The price for the full plan felt a bit high for what I needed long-term, but for heavy users, it might be worth it. It's a functional system, just be prepared to put in some effort.

Decent platform, some issues

I signed up for the Affiliate Marketing Solution with Sena after seeing their Shopify Integration. The setup process was fairly straightforward, linking it to my store went smoothly. The Referral Tracking and Commission Management features worked as advertised, and the Analytics Dashboard gave a good overview. I did contact support once about customizing the Affiliate Portal and they were responsive within a day. My only minor gripe was that the bulk email tool felt a bit clunky. Overall, it's a solid platform for managing affiliates, though I wish the email tool was more user-friendly.
